Lauren Hauck, Director of Client Service

Lauren Hauck serves as Director of Client Service at CastleKeep, where she is responsible for delivering on the firm’s commitment to providing exceptional and personal service to our clients.

In her role, Lauren works closely with the advisory team and acts as a dedicated resource to support clients with their complex and ever-changing needs with a thoughtful approach. Drawing on her experience in Private Wealth Management, she brings a proactive mindset, anticipating the needs of clients, and helping identify efficient and thoughtful solutions.

Lauren’s career began in 2008 as an Operational Specialist for the Greenwich, CT branch office of Merrill Lynch Private Wealth Management. During her 17 years with the firm, Lauren held several positions within various divisions of Merrill Lynch. In addition to her Operational Specialist role, she served as a Registered Client Associate in Connecticut, Boston, and New York City. In her most recent role, Lauren led a customer service team for a $25 billion Ultra-High-Net-Worth advisory practice.

Lauren earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hartwick College in 2008. She holds a Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination and the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC) designation.

A lifelong Connecticut resident, Lauren grew up in Westport and currently lives in Stamford. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys exploring New England, traveling, discovering new restaurants, cooking, and entertaining family and friends. She especially enjoys spending time with her niece and nephews, who live nearby in Greenwich.

Lauren is passionate about finding a cure for Alpha-1, a degenerative lung disease that tragically took the life of Fred Walsh, a dear friend’s father. For the past 10 years she cycled with Fred’s daughters as part of Team Keep The Faith in the Alpha-1 Foundation’s Escape to the Cape Bike Trek; a multi-day cycling event (over 100+ miles) on Cape Cod to raise awareness and funding towards a cure for Alpha-1. For Lauren, participating in the ride for the past decade has become a meaningful tradition and a way to honor Fred’s legacy while continuing to support a cause and community built around hope, advocacy, and helping others.
